How Stella McCartney Models Got Their Resort Glow
By Klaudia Tirico / June 9, 2015

Runway models don’t have it easy. The constant makeup applying and removing wreaks havoc on their skin, yet they still manage to look like a million bucks when they hit the catwalk. That’s because more and more skincare brands are starting to partner with designers to offer backstage skin treatments at fashion shows. Sunday Riley was backstage at Stella McCartney’s resort presentation this week, and models got the royal treatment courtesy of the brand’s most luxurious products. The brand shared the entire Sunday Riley Flash Facial routine performed on models backstage so we, too, can get in on that runway glow.
Step 1: “Mix three pumps of Good Genes with Ceramic Slip Cleanser to create a deep cleansing mask. The lactic acid in Good Genes and the rich French green clay in the cleanser exfoliate the skin for a brighter, more vibrant complexion.”
Step 2: “Leave on skin for five to ten minutes and rinse off to reveal flawless, healthy skin.”
Step 3: “Rub together three to four drops of one of Sunday Riley's Hydroactive Cellular Oils. For clarifying, rub Artemis Hydroactive Cellular Face Oil into the palms of the hands and pat onto the skin for instant radiance. This sparkling, bright, lemon-scented serum helps balance the complexion while providing clarifying and toning benefits. For those who need more hydration try the newest oil to the lineup, Flora, packed with nourishing rose essences.”
Step 4: “Dot Start Over Active Eye Cream around the entire eye area and gently massage the relieve eye stress and depuff the eye area. This cooling, lifting eye cream is formulated with key ingredients that correct, protect, and nourish the delicate eye area while immediately helping to appear more rested and alert.”
Voila! You've got runway-worthy skin!
