Remember the days when whites and pastels were only appropriate in the spring and summer? Yawn. Who even followed that ‘no white after Labor Day’ rule anyway? We love wearing pale hues in the winter, whether they're part of our outfit or our beauty routine. That’s why Deborah Lippmann’s spring 2015 collection, Whisper, is currently on rotation from now until forever. 

 

The collection is all about understated yet modern nails and features four dreamy hues. A Fine Romance is a sheer, pearly champagne; Like Dreamers Do is a pale bisque with a creamy finish; Misty Morning is the perfect blue-grey; and Chantilly Lily is a shimmery iridescent pink. Lippmann was inspired by the flowing layers of chiffon in Honor’s spring 2014 collection after seeing it backstage. Pair any of these with your winter whites and just wait for the compliments.
