Spring Trend: Feline Fixation
I may be a dog person, but clearly the trendy pet of the season is a cat. The fashion world has embraced kittens from Karl Lagerfeld's latest pet to Jason Wu's feline muse in his collection for Target. Victoria Beckham has also been feeling kittenish with her cat print frocks and heels, while Karen Walker has re-interpreted the cat eye frame.

The beauty industry also has its own feline muses: Hello Kitty and Paul & Joe.
Sephora has been creating one cute collection after the next with its Hello Kitty brand, but this spring she heads to Paris with too-adorable-for-words packaging and new limited edition products. The Mon Amour Palette ($42) opens like a book with pastel illustrations, a large interior mirror, eight eyeshadows and two blushes. But the tools, like the new nail clipper ($8), nail files ($10) and compact mirror ($19), are such delightful ways to infuse a little cute into your beauty routine.
Paul & Joe's owner, Sophie Albou, is celebrating the brand's 10th anniversary with her favorite animal, too. The brand already debuted cat-shaped lipsticks back in 2010, but the 2012 versions, aka Blusher Sticks ($28), are made for the cheeks. Plus, they're all dressed up in little hats and bow ties.
The Kitty Lipstick C ($20) from the collection feature adorable paw prints stamped all over the lipstick bullet.
Taking the feline fervor one step further, three Face & Eye Color CS palettes ($36) are shaped into an adorable cat. Whether you just collect them or actually use them - that's up to you!
