Salma Hayek's Daughter, Valentina, Inspires a Line of Nail Polishes

Salma Hayek is introducing a range of nail lacquers to the Nuance beauty line (which includes skincare, body care, hair care and cosmetics). It will be available on CVS.com beginning November 19th.  The varnish will be available in over 1,000 CVS locations in early 2013.

As it turns out, Salma's daughter, Valentina, had something to do with the launch: "One of the reasons for adding nail lacquer to the Nuance line was my daughter, Valentina. She is obsessed with colors. I needed to create a formula that wasn't  toxic, so you could put it on your children," Salma said.

The polishes, which will be priced at $5.99 per bottle, come in 30 shades. The collection contains nudes (Bare Kiss, Desert Mist, Café Latte), which and a selection of brights (Cayenne, Rocco red, Orange Poppy, Red Sienna and True Azul).
