Goldschläger Nails at Houghton Spring 2013
By Polly Blitzer / September 7, 2012
OPI whipped up an intoxicating manicure for Katharine Polk today at the Houghton Spring 2013 collection. Think back to those days of doing shots in college. Remember the cinnamon schnapps that looked all fancy pants because of its floating golden flecks? We couldn't help but make the connection when we spotted this nail look. The glittering golden flecks came via a not-yet-released top coat that added multi-dimensional shine to models' hands and feet. The shade? OPI's The Man with the Golden Gun (available in October).
How this look was created:
OPI nail lacquer in Don't Pretzel My Buttons (a creamy, opaque neutral)
OPI nail lacquer in The Man with the Golden Gun (a limited edition gold top coat).
No chaser necessary. Turns out Goldschläger goes down a lot easier on the nails.
