Kinda Sort Easy Nail Art at Libertine Fall 2013

This is the nail magic that can happen if you raid a little girl's art supplies. Almost looks like  button candy with a few sparkles thrown in for good measure. All you need is gold polish, tweezer, nail glue, decor and clear polish to seal it all in.
