Kristen Stewart's Edgy Sideswept Hair
Mousse
"I started with wet hair and applied Kerastase Volumactive Mousse to the whole head," Giannandrea explained. "I used a wide teeth comb through to create a deep side part and created large comb lines straight down the length of the hair. I then used a diffuser to dry the whole head without touching the hair too much - just slowly drying."$41 -

Texturizer
"Once the head was almost dry I had Kristen flip her head upside down to finalize the drying process, and to get the texture raw, I used my hands to shake up the roots. She flipped her head back up, and it was big and messy. I applied a paste to give it a bit more texture and to smooth some flyaways, but not all," Giannandrea said. We recommend using a hair paste like Redken Rewind 06 Pliable Styling Paste.$19 -

Hairspray
"I pulled back the hair behind the ear and made a small braid. I stopped braiding 3/4 of the way, and left the ends long. On the other side I did a few little peek-a-boo braids in the back of the head - one low and one on top of the ear. I shook it all up a bit and sprayed L'Oreal Elnett Hairspray generously on top and all over to get that chic rocker look."$14.99 -

Nails
"We used the new Chanel Nail Colour shade Frenzy, which is a gorgeous lilac, grey shade," said Chanel Celebrity Manicurist Ashlie Johnson. "Peter Philips created it for the Fall 2012 Ready to Wear show and it is a super cool shade that went perfectly with Kristen's top and jacket. Kristen loved it as soon as I suggested it."$25
