"It's a very polished woman she has gorgeous hair," said makeup artist Gucci Westman for Revlon. "She's the woman you aspire to be."

Gucci combined Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Fuchsia Fusion and Berry Haute to create the standout lip. She kept the lips matte, since the rest of the look was about dewy skin with a glossy eye. "The eye is understated," Gucci said. "I'm putting a little sparkle, then on top of that I'm putting a gloss - it fades the color because I want it to be about the lip."

Teddy Charles for T3 by Orlando Pita created the brushed out waves. To get the classic look, he created a middle part and went through the hair section by section with a curling iron. Once the waves were set, he brushed out the hair. "You get a nice dry texture," he said.
Some of the models wore turban headbands created by Ellen Hunter for Avante "The turbans were custom made for the collection," Ellen said. "Each one is either made of silk jersey or silk charmeuse. Some of them have hand beaded brooches so they kind of coordinate with the jewelry and pick up the black crystals in the clothing."

Jin Soon Choi for Revlon was polishing the nails with a lilac glitter lacquer called Starry Pink, which was actually created by Gucci Westman. "We don't want to use a strong nail color, because they have very beautiful red lip," Jin Soon said. "It doesn't clash with the makeup. I really like this color because some glitter looks childish, but this is more feminine and sensual, and gives you sophistication."
