Rise and shine... long before the sun does. It's pouring rain outside, but I will just have to grin and bear it. After a shower and shave it's time to pour some coffee, 2 bananas, a handful of grapes and yogurt. I'm ready to go.
5:30 am
I'm out the door. Boy I think that my kit has gained weight. I guess it happens to everyone who goes to Italy.
5:50 am
Arrive at Scuola Militaire Teulie, Corso Italia 58 for the DSquared2 show. I am greeted by a young policeman with a gun. Fashion can get scary every now and then.
6:30 am
We are all set up, and I am about to start to do a demo of the look. Helmut Newton women. Dark eyes elongated upward and outward to the temples with a red lip. Perfect look for 7:00 am. LOL!
9:00 am
We are now in panic mode. I am bombarded by press and we still have four girls to be finished. One is still in hair. YIKES!!! Let the Fashion Stress begin.
9:30 am
The girls are ready to enter the catwalk. There are 4 entrances. And one is an elevator. Why make things easy?
10:00 am
The show ends without a hitch. It was spectacular!!!

Get onto the team bus to head to the next show.
11:00 am
Arrive to the library on Via Brera for the Luisa Becceria show. It's not even noon and I am already tired... and hungry.
12:00 pm
I've done the demo for the team. The look is pretty - a Renaissance painting with a twist. The lips are opaque red and glossy.
1:00 pm
The girls are called for a rehearsal. A really long rehearsal.
2:30 pm
The four opera singers start the harmony and the show begins.
3:15 pm
The second show goes on. It looks beautiful.
4:00 pm
No end in sight. I drag my 30kg bag for about 1km. Who needs to go to a gym?
4:40 pm
Arrive at the Hotel Cusani for a meeting. I need a drink.
6:00 pm
Back in my hotel room for a moment of silence.
8:30 pm
Just woke up from a coma. What happened?

My friend Sharon [Dowsett] arrives to my hotel... time for a normal night. We are off to Il Consulare for a peaceful dinner. YUM YUM
