Wake up and start my day with 10-15 minutes of exercise. I like doing classic dance warm-up moves. They give me great posture and tone.

Eat breakfast: one cup of Egyptian licorice tea and two rice cakes with Nutella.

Shower. I don't have a lengthy beauty routine. I like to wash and go. I never wear a lot of makeup but I won't leave the house without my signature red lipstick. Right now I'm wearing a red from Maybelline's Color Sensational line called Red Revival.

Backstage at the Michael Angel show in the Tents at Bryant Park. As soon as I arrive I brief the makeup artists on the look. I've known Michael for years and I love doing his show. The beauty look I'm creating this season is luminous with pops of blue and green around the eyes.

Head to Tracy Reese's showroom for a beauty test. Her show is in three days and we need to collaborate on what the beauty look will be. She shows me the new collection, which is beautiful. She explains the inspiration of the line and how it should feel going down the runway. Tracy is so talented and has great vision. I love working with her.

Run to my apartment for a late lunch and an email check.

Call my agency to discuss jobs over the next few weeks. I'm rarely in one place for more than two weeks at a time so I need to be in constant contact with them. I find out that after Fashion Week I'm off to Toronto, Australia and Bangkok. I hope to stop in Paris in-between jobs, where I have an apartment.

Back to the tents for Naomi Campbell's Fashion for Relief charity show to benefit Haiti. I'm leading a team of 25 makeup artists for Maybelline. Rachel Zoe is styling.

Since this is a charity show the models are a mix of runway models and celebrities. I just heard we went from 70 to 93 looks and no one has arrived for makeup yet!

Models begin to trickle into the backstage area.

I touch up the makeup for Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. She's hosting tonight's event.

Show time! What an amazing event! I am thrilled to be a part of it.

Head down to meet a friend for dinner at Basta Pasta.

I'm exhausted. Time for bed! It's only day two of Fashion Week. I still have eight shows to go! Good night.
